This week we head to Dallas, Texas — a city not yet under the Eater purview — and select nine newish locales that have been garnering serious buzz. This time around, we've been fortunate enough to consult Dallas Observer restaurant critic Hanna Raskin, who has selected a number of her favorites and shared her thoughts on them. We, too, have thrown in some worth a look.

Like many of the cities we've highlighted so far, Dallas is one that's often overlooked but merits serious attention. The writer Josh Ozersky, who recently took a trip there, fell in love with the scene, declaring it "a paradise."
